CUSTOMISATION

Our full custom range is designed entirely around each client’s vision — from fabric, colour, and cut to trim, detailing, and finishing. With complete in-house control from concept to delivery, we ensure every garment achieves the perfect balance of style, comfort, and performance. Whether creating custom colours in our core range, or a fully bespoke uniform, VMG delivers tailored solutions that not only look exceptional but truly reflect the individuality and purpose of those who wear them.

DESIGN

VMG’s in-house design team is at the forefront of innovation, combining creativity with technical expertise to develop apparel that meets the unique requirements of each client. Our designers work closely with customers from concept through to production, ensuring every garment reflects brand identity, functionality, and fashion trends.

With access to the latest design software, fabric technologies, and global fashion insights, our team delivers solutions that are both aesthetically distinctive and commercially effective.

SUPPLY CHAIN

In 2012, Global Velocity Group expanded its operations with the establishment of a dedicated manufacturing facility in China. This strategic investment enables us to maintain full oversight of the production process — from concept and design through to manufacturing, quality assurance, and delivery. The facility allows us to consistently deliver superior-quality products with faster turnaround times, lower minimum order quantities, and flexible offshore warehousing and distribution options.

Our China site spans 2,400 square meters and incorporates advanced production and warehousing capabilities. The plant is fully equipped to manufacture both woven and knitted garments, supported by cutting-edge technology ranging from precision laser-cutting systems to advanced seam-sealing machinery to produce fully waterproof garments.

We have also established secure, long-term partnerships with premium suppliers across Asia and the United States, giving us access to specialised fabrics, treatments, zippers, and accessories that meet the highest international standards.
