Pricing & Payment

We accept Visa (including Visa Debit Card), Mastercard and American Express.

Your credit card will be charged upon clicking the PAY NOW button on the payment page once you have proceeded through to the checkout.

The prices shown on our website are all in NZD.

The price you pay will be the billing amount as shown in the shopping bag plus any additional freight charges.

Please note that any orders shipped outside of NZ may be subject to import duty or taxes. If you are unsure whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

All of our online transactions are hosted by Payment Express – the largest payment gateway in Australasia and is fully certified as Visa AIS and Mastercard SDP (PCI DSS) compliant.

VMG will never hold or store any of your payment details.

Fraudulent Order Security Flags

For your safety we have some automated flags in place to detect potential stolen credit cards. 

If the credit card used in a transaction is flagged, we reserve the right to cancel the order and automatically refund the order amount back onto the credit card used. The customer will not be notified. 

If you notice that your order has not been dispatched and/or your order amount has been refunded, your card may have been flagged by our security checks. Please contact us for more information.

Purchase of products

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. 

Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the dispatch of the order to ensure we can guarantee stock availability.

You will receive an email containing a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. 

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
– Product is temporarily unavailable
– Fraudulent activity flags being activated

If there are any problems with your order we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Your information is collected by us when you use our shopping cart or sign up to receive our mail outs.

We maintain the integrity of keeping your personal information private and will never release details to a third party, unless this involves a credit card company – then the sole purpose is per transaction.
